MLSD Referendum 2017: Building the Schools Our Students Deserve
As part of the 2nd stage of the referendum process, the steering committees are engaging with community members for additional input on the preliminary architectural draft. These meetings discussions are happening at Board of Education meetings, building tours, neighborhood chats in Laker homes, and a future online survey to all community members.
Although this process will continue well into the fall of 2016, we have already made some changes to the 1st draft. We will continue to make additions and revisions to ensure that the public feels comfortable with the referendum. Below are the first revisions to the plans which also include traffic patterns to alleviate congestion during drop-off and pick-up.
